The goal of offering these facilities is to assist students of human sciences and ease commencement of their professional activities inside Iran. In light of the fact that the concern of providing suitable housing is among the most important challenges perceived by the new academic staff of the institute, the focus of this initiative is to offer housing units suitable for immediate living for two years. The target community consists of people with high capabilities who face liquidity limitations in the short term. The initiative has been deliberately designed in a way that will strictly prove attractive to people facing short-term liquidity problems. The facilities will have no appeal to people who have access to financing provided by family members or personal savings.
